I’m Martin. In December 2013 I walked out of JKUAT with an IT degree, sat my first interview at Serianu, and discovered within a few questions that I had the vocabulary but not yet the judgment.
I’ve spent the twelve years since building the bridge I didn’t have: leading security operations across Kenya and Botswana, building a training cohort from scratch, and mentoring practitioners one conversation at a time. Today I’m Country Director of Serianu Botswana.
