James was on a flight to Kampala when the alert came in.
His phone buzzed with the familiar pattern of an escalation. Critical authentication anomaly. Potential credential compromise. The kind of incident that, a year ago, would have consumed his entire day.
He looked at the notification for a long moment. Then he opened his messaging app and typed a single line to Amara: "Seeing the auth alert. You've got this. Call me only if you hit a wall."
